1.Character Modelers
• A flair for understanding design and stylisation
• Experience modeling faces with deformation friendly topology
• Convincing blendshapes modeling experience -a great plus
2. Texturing Artists
• Experience working on realistic character texturing
• Good painting and good photo-manipulation expertise
