Senior Concept Artist
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Responsibilities:
Model sheets and turnarounds for characters that convey personality and proper anatomy (even in highly exaggerated designs) that can be easily translated into 3D models.
Environment and Prop concepts that convey mood, display clear construction (be it organic or architectural), and express a consistent style that can be easily translated into 3D models.
Paint over of existing environments to guide artistic design, lighting and mood.
Avid gamer and mobile app enthusiast
Strong foundation in the traditional arts: colour theory, figure drawing, traditional 2D animation, illustration, background layout, and/or painting are all big pluses
Animator lead
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts;
Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative;
Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements;
Using technical software packages, such as 3ds Max, Maya , spine blender and other tools
A good eye for detail
Ability to work with others and to take direction
communication and storytelling skills
Senior Project Coordinators
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
To drive progress and improve the game throughout development (from concept to release)
Take ownership of all development areas to coordinate and track schedules, identify current and future risks, and troubleshoot communication and dependency problems
Improve the game’s quality by evaluating builds and pushing for accountability
Facilitate communication across the development team and other departments including Marketing & QA
Learn new production, design and communication techniques
Travel to client locations when required
Flexibility in work hours.
