Art Director for Animation-
Responsibilities Tasks include:
working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief;
producing sketches or ‘storyboards’ (television) or ‘roughs’ to communicate ideas to the client;
gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the film is aimed at;
pitching ideas to clients;
briefing other members of the creative team;
visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots;
working on location;
attending meetings at production houses and with other directors;
working with the editing team to oversee the finished product;
advising new creatives, reviewing their ‘books’ and managing teams.
Skills you will need to show:
the consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts;
high levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong sense of belief in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them;
excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task;
teamworking skills;
the ability to take rejection and criticism well and to be able to adapt ideas to clients’ and colleagues’ needs;

3D Modeler and Animator-
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively tell the story in a meaningful way through vivid and compelling character acting and movement
Create quality animation using digital tools for Corporate Videos, TV Series, and other related projects.
Understand the storyline /character context
Collaborate with and take direction from Directors and Pre Production team.
Implement changes and completely finish shots in accordance with production schedule
Develop a working knowledge of necessary production tools
Be open to ideas and participate in idea generation.
Required skills and experience:
Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
Experience and proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D software required
Background in traditional hand-drawn / stop-motion animation would be a plus
Art Background. Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Illustration, Computer Graphics preferred
Software: Maya and related 3d software
Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience as a 3D animator for corporate videos, web films, episodic work, trailers, new age media such as 3d projection and holographic projection.
Location: Bangalore
Salary : 30k to 40k depending on experience and skill.
