Lighting
Understanding the artwork and creating a 3D representation in order to reflect the intent of the shot.
To ensure shots meet established render requirements.
To partner with Art Director, CG Supervisor, Lead Lighter/Compositor, and Technical Team to help ensure aesthetic goals are met in the most efficient manner.
To spot, troubleshoot, debug, report, and communicate creative and technical issues as they arise via sharing knowledge or solutions with other team members
Focusing on the lighting and compositing of shots in timely manner during visual development, pre-production, and production while meeting the highest of quality, aesthetically and technically.
To follow file management specifications provided.
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ years experience as a Lighting Artist.
CG Feature film experience will be plus
Skilled at using Maya, Nuke, Arnold.
Communication and collaboration skills. Able to understand and take direction; able to clearly explain technical and aesthetic issues.
Resourceful: able to solve problems and find workarounds as appropriate.
Organized: able to keep track of own work and that of your team.
Shotgun knowledge is preferable
FX
Minimum 3 years of combines feature and TV production experience.
The candidate must poses high degree of efficiency in Primary software with an Ability to solve problems under short deadlines.
Primary Job Duty: Particle/Fluid Sim, FX animation, RBD, Compositing.
Secondary Job Duties: Produce test and final renders of FX elements, working with lighters and compositors.
Other Job Duties: Rendering, Lighting, pipeline scripting.
Knowledge of programming principles with Hscript/Mel/Python will be Plus
Good communicator, and a great-team player
Ability to perform multiple tasks, set priorities and problem solving
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ years experience as a FX Artist.

CFX
Animation finaling to avoid character / cloth intersections and shot cleanup in production
Technical understanding of animation shots and handover cache files to lighting.
Create and simulate hair, cloth animation.
Build simulation rigs.
Understanding Director’s vision and executing the shots artistically.
Strong Problem solving skills along with superior time management and prioritization skills
Be able to deliver work within established project targets and the high quality standards of the company.
Knowledge of Maya and cloth/hair tool along with Skills in animation and rigging.

Skilled at using Maya nHair and nCloth, Shave and hair Cut OR Xgen.

Pipeline – Tools Programmer
Responsibilities:
Research and implement artist tools for use in CG applications like Maya, Nuke and Houdini
Maintain and extend tools for asset management ( Shotgun )
Improve artists’ work flows, focus on automation to increase process efficiencies
Work closely with artists, supervisors and Pipeline TDs to develop easy to use technologies and prioritize feature roll-outs
Debug pipeline issues as needed and propose solutions to solve them cleanly
Position Requirements:
3+ years experience.
Exceptional programming skills in Python
Experience in developing UIs using pyQt or pySide
Experience in writing code for any Animation/VFX studio
Strong understanding of general artistic aesthetics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Skills (pluses):
Experience in authoring a wide array of tools (animation, modeling, fx, etc)
Any additional programming skills are welcomed
Understanding of Shotgun Toolkit and API
Production Assistant / Coordinator Position
Should be strong in communication and organizational skills
Should have good typing & IT skills which includes working with spreadsheet, file browsing & presentation software’s
Scheduling meetings as per the department needs and managing the calendar of HOD and Production Supervisor.
Notes taking during departmental reviews / production meeting and sending it to the relevant personal’s
Maintaining micro level information in the database in order to track work efficiently.
Close follow-ups with the artists to achieve departmental weekly productivity goal.
Identifying & escalating issues if any on timely manner.
Working closely with Production Supervisor or Production Manager to keep the department on schedule.
